My air condition stopped working over the summer on one of the hottest days ever! I called several companies. Cook’s Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC was the ONLY company that could come out the next business day. Mr Cook was prompt and had my air conditioning unit up and running in no time, he even took time out to explain what the issue was. Since then Cook’s Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC is the only company I will call. On Another visit while winterizing my outside unit Mr Cook noticed that my dryer vent was full of lent. He explained that by not cleaning your dryer vent over time could potentially lead to a fire. Mr Cook was able to clean my dryer vent that same day also!!! Thank you Cook’s Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
We had our heating go out late in the day, and Cook's ensured we were seen same day. The technician, Frank, was very professional, knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. Additionally, he explained to what happened and was able to answer all of our questions. Price was very reasonable and affordable in comparison to other companies in the area. We highly recommend their services to anyone who needs them as we've had other companies make us wait over a day to get problems like this resolved.
Had my AC break and Mr. Cook came out and fixed it and gave me more than a reasonable price. I will absolutely call them again and will absolutely recommend them 100%.
Answered the phone right away, (surprising how uncommon that is), was at my house within a couple hours, and gave me a call when they were on their way. Fixed it quickly, explained what was wrong and how they fixed it, and the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely call them first in the future 👍
