I absolutely love the costumer service and how great Jimmy is to work with. While pumping my septic today, he did a great job explaining some issues and how to resolve them. Would highly recommend! Thank you for being the absolute best!

We simply won’t use anyone else to take care of our septic system. The last time Jimmy came, he told us, given the size of our tank and there were just the two of us, we could wait five years for our next pump out. We did. Jimmy came. He said that there was nothing to pump out and showed my husband. My husband wanted to pay him for his trip/time. Jimmy wouldn’t take anything. That kind of integrity isn’t something you come across often.

We purchased our house 5 years ago and needed to pump the septic for routine maintenance. I searched online and found Jimmy’s septic. He had great reviews and they were spot on. Jimmy was on time, professional and took care of the job in about an hour. Price was great and he did a great job. Highly highly recommend this company. I won’t go anywhere else.

Nobody wants to get a full septic and drain field replacement but Jimmy made the process simple and easy. Happily answered all my questions and the workmanship of the job was top notch .

Jimmy just finished installing a completely new septic system in our home. I can say, without a doubt, he was fantastic! He came out multiple times to meet with inspectors and made sure we were educated on all aspects of the job. He was transparent throughout the entire process (about 6 weeks). He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with this large project. I can’t recommend Jimmy enough. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. His prices were more than fair too! He’s a busy guy, and rightly so. Hopefully, we won’t have to deal with any more septic issues for a while. Ha. But I won’t use anyone else. Highly recommend!
