Our first phone call and meeting with Blake Burchfield went great, secondly , Stacey did a great job scheduling and communicating our initial treatment, and lastly Randy our service tech, communicated his arrival and did an excellent job treating our home and property. I’ve had Cook’s termite service for a lot of years and feel confident their termite control method works. Technician’s have been courteous and clearly answered questions I’ve had.

The service Jeff provided was more than just treating my property. He was professional and friendly. He shared expert knowledge about pests relevant to my concerns. My home and family are better off that Jeff came out and performed the service.
