He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was addressed properly before he left. His attention to detail and courteous attitude truly set him apart. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about providing excellent customer service. Because of Brandon, my experience with Cook’s Pest Control has been exceptional, and I would highly recommend both him and the company to anyone in need of pest control services.

Great quarterly service from Cook’s. My technician is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I am thankful for Cook’s keeping my home free of any and all unwanted pests. I like knowing that if at any time I see insects in my home I can call Cook’s and they come out and take care of the problem immediately. Erick is ALWAYS on time, thorough, is willing to listen and act on my concerns, and is genuinely a nice person! From the first day I met him he has been kind and professional. Even when calling the office, Kim is always so nice, friendly and kind. I’ll never use another pest control company!
