Cook's Pest Control

I called Cook's to ask for a WDO report for the sale of my house. A very polite man "Andy' helped me and made an appointment for one week away. He stated that there would be no charge for the report even though I made it clear that I was willing to pay for the service. One week later 2 men came by and did the inspection and found the house to be free of any issues. When speaking to them they asked if I wanted to start a contract for pest services. I said no as I am selling the house in a couple of weeks. I also stated that this had been discussed with Andy a week earlier but they said that Andy was unavailable. Now they tell me that unless I sign up for a $1200 a year contract for termite and pest control they will not give me the WDO that I had requested right up front. They wante

Very Happy with my service. Had some issues but it wasn't Cooks fault. They make sure your house stays bug free. Highly recommend.
