First timer having to have this done, had no idea what to expect. My first call was to Cooks since they’re local, Patty answered and she was a sweetheart, very friendly, answered my questions and gave me the quote, I didn’t feel the need to call elsewhere, I felt like I was in good hands from the start. Jim just wrapped up the service and he was great. He too was super friendly, answered my questions as well as lightheartedly dealing with my punny “potty” humor, he had a few zingers himself! Utterly amazing company from top to bottom! It all started with Patty answering my cry for help. I'm in the area up from Florida to take care of my dying father who is home for hospice care. I knew absolutely NOTHING about septic systems having never owned or lived in a place that has one. Patty listened to my woes and explained everything so clearly for me, and got me on the schedule as quickly as possible - even though I was in a non-emergency situation. Jim showed up promptly and cemented why this company is so great to work with. I have to say my first contact was with Patty when I called for a price quote & to set up an appointment to have our septic pumped, I don't think I've ever heard a friendlier & more pleasant sounding voice at any business I have ever dealt with. As promised, on the day of our service Patty called to let me know Jim would be at our house in about a half hour. My next interaction was with Jim, who was friendly and very willing to share his knowledge regarding what he was doing and how to best maintain our septic system.
