Cannot fully express how satisfied we are with Chris and the guys with Really Cool Air. Always respond quickly to call, email or text and they show up fast. They make time for you if needed. They are reliable, effective and professional. I’m not saying they are the only honest A/C company out there but they are the only one we have experience with and we have had bad experiences with a few popular companies in Houston. Transparent pricing and can thoroughly explain what’s needed, what happened and recommend with effective solutions. For ~3yrs they are our only company for heating and air conditioning.

what a horrible business. Employees speeding through residential neighborhoods, cutting off other drivers. Will never use or recommend this business to anyone and apparently every other driver in Houston feels the same.

Guy driving the van this morning was driving crazy. Tailgating, cutting people off switching back and forth between lanes. He's gonna cause an accident.

James “Mr. freeze” had once again saved our day. I run a big furniture business and he has always manage to come and save us, I 1000% recommend this company not only for there awesome staff but James is very knowledgeable and gives great advice!!!

Whoever is driving this truck was just on my tail end about to slam into me because he was in a hurry I’m already going 70 in a 65 on interstate 45 I have my kids in the car and he’s driving like a maniac!!! Will never recommend this man to anyone!!!!
