Josh Kaldas, HVAC tech with Cool Air Soultions, provided exceptionally professional, capable and courteous service, during the replacement of the entire HVAC system in my home. As a landlord, with considerable experience in managing properties here, in a couple of US states, and also Europe, I was very impressed with all aspects of Josh's service and professionalism. I have been a customer of Cool Air Solutions for about six months now, and my experience with them has been nothing but excellent. The technician, Mario is extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly, which makes every service visit pleasant and stress-free. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers questions clearly, and makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. He is also consistently on time, which I really appreciate.

Patric, Alex and Rafael spent the day at our home installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were professional and focused on doing the best they could do. When they finished the job they cleaned up, reset our thermostat and made sure we were pleased. They were a great crew and we would recommend Cool Air Solutions highly. It all began with our salesman Matthew who we enjoyed. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.

We received fast service, was provided all the information needed during consult, given price that was better than other competitors , and install that was way sooner than expected!! 10/10 recommend!
