I had an excellent experience! They did a phenomenal job cleaning the air ducts…everything was thorough, professional, and left the air in my home feeling noticeably fresher. They arrived right on time, were super friendly, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all my questions. You can tell they truly care about doing quality work, not just rushing through the job. This is absolutely a team you can trust with your AC and heating system. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others ☺️!

Cool Arrow did a great job with replacing our furnace, but the more amazing part was the customer service and genuine care they showed for us when we had no heat over the last ice/snow front. They worked with us and came up with a solution that saved us a couple thousand dollars! They went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with any service company! Highly recommend!

This is my first Google review, but the service provided by Cool Arrow Heat and Air warranted it. Brent and his team were excellent. Not only did they provide me a same day free assessment of my issues, but they were also the cheapest of competitor quotes I received for the same repairs (by a significant amount). The team was very professional and diligent with their repairs, and great in the explanation of the problem and process to fix. I will utilize Cool Arrow Heat and Air going forward for any HVAC issues I encounter in the future. I hope others will too.

I found Brent Ford from Cool Arrow Heat and Air through a quick Google search, and I’m extremely glad I did. He came out to inspect our heater and thermostats and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. Since it was our first service, he completed the inspection complimentary, which I truly appreciated. The timing couldn’t have been better — we would have frozen overnight without his help.
