Cool Breeze came recommended to us by neighbors and my father and I ordered a new HVAC system from Cool Breeze. From start to finish (and even with a hiccup in the installation) Cool Breeze was wonderful: technically very knowledgable; all people who came to the house very good at explaining things; reliable; responsible and really top notch. The support team in the office: Daniela and Lisa were also great, since we had a small issue with the post-installation and it was fixed immediately, and with really courteous and professional feedback. I would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone for HVAC (this was the service/ equipment/ technical advice) we used. And, so far, all good with the new Bryant HVAC system. Thank you!
