I was really worried about my heat being broken before freezing days. We had tried another company and they didn’t fix our issue. I called Cool Casa and they got a very knowledgeable person out same day and got it fixed before any freeze! And at a reasonable price! Cesar was the tech that came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast! He also took the time to explain everything to me and checked everything thoroughly. Very happy with this whole experience and we will be sharing and using again! Thank you!

Impressed with overall experience. Had Clint come out for estimate for unit replacement. Gave me several options. They arrived as scheduled went straight to work. Install team was courteous, efficient an did a clean replacement. They did a courtesy check of vents in attic an found a tare. Patched tare no extra charge. Would highly recommend Clint an crew for any of your HVAC needs.

I recently hired Cool Casa to handle a full attic insulation upgrade, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Edit: 02/06/2026: reduced my rating because this company did not follow through on what we agreed on which included a maintenance winter visit but was told they would schedule when it got cold because they needed to turn on the heat. We'll, I've had the heat running since November and have heard nothing from this company to schedule, so at this point I can only assume Stan made a bunch of promises to get me to increase my review. Heck, meteorological winter will be over in a little over 2 weeks. Sad thay companies don't honor their word. Edit: After speaking with Stan who listened to my concerns, I have increased my rating. Clint the owner was incredible to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and not be pushy/try to oversell us. We felt that he really cared about making sure we got exactly what we needed for home. Eduardo and the install crew were amazing as well. Prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, you can tell they take pride in their work. Cannot recommend Cool Casa enough!
