Stay as far away as possible. The most unprofessional and rude company I have ever witnessed. Their scheduling is worse than the cable company. Have had a refrigerant leak since installation. No safety precautions (had to evacuate the apartment due to dizziness from phosgene gas). I would bet they aren’t even licensed. Truly save your money and hire a professional.

Stay away from these clowns. We have been using them for over 4 years to service our unit. Then our daughter needed a new unit and these clowns installed the new unit without getting the proper permit. Then started crying when we refused to pay the 40% balance owed. ALSO they shut down their office and now work from their home, this should have been my first clue! 2nd clue...when I went to their house to drop off the deposit they did not answer the door. When I called them they said they thought I was someone else. My guess is they are expecting to be served court papers. It has now been a month since they installed it without a permit. To be clear I am not worried about the installation, the system works fine, the city and their stupid regulations is the real problem. This post will come

They installed a new A/C system and from the beginning, they couldn’t fix a refrigerant leak. Then the claimed it was outside the 1yr repair warranty time period. That’s because I gave you time to repair it and you failed.
