I had a great experience with the Cool Guys when my furnace stopped working. It was throwing a couple error codes and I wasn’t sure what was going on, especially with how cold it’s been. Nate and Ben came out and were awesome to work with. They were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what the codes meant, and got everything fixed the right way.
