Russ did a nice clean installation. This was a conversion from a 40 gallon traditional water heater to a tankless unit.

We contacted Sitka Plumbing when needing an upgrade to a 50 gallon water heater and replacement of the outdoor spigots. They were professional, honest, prompt in communicating and arriving when scheduled. Russ was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful during the projects. He offered a lot of insight and even gave me options to do certain parts of the work if I wanted to save money, such as the demo (he would of course be willing to do it if I didn't want to), that was a nice change compared to some other contractors I have worked with in the past.

Sitka Plumbing is fantastic and Russ is great to work with! Their prices are good, and they know their stuff. Russ was very responsive and helped replace a failed water softener (my old one was 16 years old) with a really good replacement at a good price. Their service is fast and friendly and the only one that I reached out to that followed through and didn't waste my time. We also had them fix additional plumbing issues and installed some new equipment. I highly recommend Sitka Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services. They've definitely got a satisfied customer and will continue to use them whenever I have any plumbing projects down the road.

Great communication, easy scheduling and quick! Russ did a great job on a hose bib replacement in our yard. Will definitely reach out to him for any plumbing needs in the future.
