Cool Masters Services

We’ve used Cool Masters on 3 occasions in the past 3 weeks and each time we are blown away by their service and attentiveness. Eric is so professional and caring. Worked in the cold for a whole day to fix our pipe, wouldn’t leave till it was done. Chris was also amazing fixing a faucet/pipe issue we had. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even got the air out of the lines after reconnecting the water. As far as pricing the quote given up front was the perfect ball park for the repairs.

Our two experiences with Cool Masters have been great. Service personnel have communicated their arrival well ahead of time. Upon arrival, they were professional and efficient. They did not leave until they were certain that we totally understood our situation. Cool Masters front office staff are also exceptional. We will be trying out their plumbing repairs today. On Thursday and Friday, November 20th and 21st, Chris Barrett installed a new hot water heater and toilet in our house. In almost 50 years of home ownership, Chris is the best technician to ever enter our home. The small space in our garage offered many challenges, but Chris was up to every one. Cool Masters installed my new system at the end of October and everything went very smoothly. This week, THEY reached out to ME to make an appointment to come by and do a quality check on their own work!! Talk about impressed!! How many companies follow up behind themselves to make sure they have done things right! I very highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cool Masters. Eric and Chris were great - communicated well ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, and we really appreciated them walking us through everything before they started. They helped us repair a problem with a sump pump and basement ventilation that we had been dealing with for a few months after another company we're not able to solve it for us. Eric and Chris diagnosed the issue and completed the work in a few hours and it's been a week now and the issue has been fixed. Their work was high quality and very neat. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future.
