Cool Op'ns/Ben has replaced both of our HVAC units since we moved to this house and has serviced them seasonally ever since . He is honest and trustworthy and very responsive when we need him or have questions. When we installed the units his prices were reasonable. We haven't used anyone else since. I am sure that's still the case.

So many Heating and Air companies have been bought up by capital investment and are raising rates and scamming people into items/units they don’t need. I contacted Cool Operations Heating and Air about no air flow from HVAC. Technician was dispatched same day. Issue was blower motor and new blower motor replaced next day. Prompt, courteous and professional service. I highly recommend Cool Operations.
