Cool Rays Air Conditioning and Heating

I just had ( 2 ) New AC Units inside and out installed by Cool Rays. I couldn't be happier. Every one that I dealt with was friendly and highly professional. The owner, Clayton came out and performed the initial estimate. Clayton, along with the office staff kept in close touch with me through the entire process. The lead AC Tech Chris, along with his associate did the installation. They were both friendly and well organized. They installed my units perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. I have definitely become a Customer for Life.

My AC went kaput and Cool Rays came out the same day. Travis quickly troubleshooted and fixed — he knows his business. I have been using Cool Rays for some time and they are always professional and quick to respond.

I had my A/C system maintenance done yesterday and my technician, Brieaunna Weatherall was wonderful. She was very nice, polite and professional. She was very thorough and answered all the questions that were asked of her. I highly recommend Cool Rays for your a/c services. I will be a long time customer for sure.

Once again I needed the assistance of cool rays and knowing they did me so well the last time I called them naturally I redialed it was around 11 3012 noon. They gave me a window between 5 and 7 PM which was fantastic and by 1 PM I had gotten a call from a text saying he was in route. While it turned out to be a simple fix that I took care of myself I was able to cancel the appointment within minutes of him, arriving with no charge. The people at cool raises are courteous, kind, and always very helpful. I recommend him for professionalism as well as pricing. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Lead installer Chris has the patience of a saint. I ask a lot of questions and he always took time to explain things to me. He kept me informed about what he was doing. He was punctual and professional. He had a few more challenges because we had a different type of unit with three zones, which would not be used with a new unit.Through no fault of his, the Daikin air handler is louder than was my 15-year-old Bryant, so I'm not ready to give an opinion on the equipment. Penny was my contact at the office. She also kept me informed and made me feel valued as a customer. Great experience. I highly recommend Cool Rays to handle HVAC needs. There is a 12 year parts and labor warranty on my unit, so I don't expect to see them other than for the once or twice a year maintenance.
