I had a new A/C unit installed by them, and it was a first-class experience from start to finish. Their staff was knowledgeable, professional, and presented all of my options to me without any pressure. They helped me choose the right unit for my home and budget. Install day was excellent, they arrived when they promised, were respectful of my property. Everything was tested and fully explained prior to their leaving, and they cleaned up so well you would never even know they had been here. The new system is quiet and efficient, and I'm already noticing a huge difference. I would strongly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new A/C unit, they know what they're doing and do the job right.

Cool Ready is amazing!!!! Coming home to a hot house in the middle of summer is never on anyone’s bingo card. Thanks to Jesus and his son, they were able to arrive same day and service our a/c unit all under an hour! Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need. Cool air in the last minute assisted and not at a cost to the consumer, me. Service call fee is affordable, doesn’t break the bank! Certified HVAC technician had a solution to my broken AC quick! He even saved me money by telling me how I can fix the problem with my AC instead of trying to take advantage of me. That’s customer service!!! Definitely a good company to call when in need, save their info! You will not regret when your AC is down in Phoenix!
