Our journey began when our Condo realized that we needed a new roof. We reached out to Cool Roof and Mario came out to give us a quote. Mario wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions and fully explained the process. We have air conditioners on the roof and the stands were rusted and needed replacement. Mario made a recommendation for to handle that job that they had worked with before. I received several quotes and Cool Roof offered the best value between price and warranty. When I would call, Mario was always prompt to call me back if he wasn't able to answer.
