I discovered Cool Today through Costco when we inquired about their EcoWater filtration and softening system. The salesperson, Dwayne was knowledgeable and friendly. The installer was Rolando, who did a wonderful job and actually consulted with me to make sure I was happy with the placement of the unit. Also, he primed the water line prior to hook up. I believe this was critical because in the past we had a Culligan unit that had to be removed because when they installed their unit my water pressure was so low, I had to have them remove it immediately after install. I highly recommend Cool Today, the initial appointment was easy to make, they quickly emailed an estimate and scheduling the installation & payment was easy.

Emmanuel from Cool Today came out to our house today and did a great job. We didn’t even realize Cool Today handled plumbing until my wife called, but we’re really glad they do. Emmanuel showed up, quickly figured out the issue, and had it fixed in no time. He communicated clearly about what was going on and what he was doing, which we really appreciated. Super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him if you need plumbing help.

Emmanuel was awesome! He quickly found the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes! He was very professional and kind. The price was extremely reasonable too! If we need a plumber in the future Cool Today is who we will call. I’ll be requesting Emmanuel.

Esteban Rosato was a top notch tech! He was on time and called before hand to let me know of his arrival~ He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. He explained everything in detail to me as well. I asked for a quote for duct cleaning and a UV light install. He forwarded it to my email immediately. I had Cool Today do my a/c maintenance about 6 months ago, was so happy with them before that I didn't hesitate to call them back. The price was more than fair as well.
