Roger quickly evaluated and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. He explained everything clearly and gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. Today's service call pertained to an occupied vacation rental. Shower valve broke, couldn't turn off water in shower. Roger had the part and came at 10pm to save the day and help make a family's vacation a good one. i highly recommend this guy. He responded when no one else would on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. Said he would fit us in which we were very thankful for as toilets would not flush. Arrived at 10:15 p.m., did a quick fix, and was very reasonable. i will call him first next time!
