A Long Overdue Review... I must start by saying that this review is long overdue. Here are the details of my experience. We were without AC so I called Cooling Experts and they sent a technician out. The tech acted like he didn't want to do the job anticipating rain. It did not rain at all. Next, he stood outside for about 1hour stating he had to call his boss and then came back and said his boss stated he could not do the work anticipating rain. Two hours in and still no rain. He was so eager to get the diagnostic fee than fix the problem. After the diagnosis he came back stated my upstairs unit need a coil replacement and down stairs need leak repair and he would not warranty anything because of the condition of the unit. The charge just for the leak repair $1590, wow and upstairs he said that Monday they will call me back for the coil estimate. They never called back
