Cooling with Connellys was absolutely wonderful! I reached out and they spent time on the phone answering all my questions, and scheduled a free estimate promptly. They communicated effectively with emails and texts and had a quick and easy process for approving their estimate, which was very reasonable! They scheduled the job as soon as it was approved and the whole process was seamless! Their service tech Eric was on time, friendly, personable and went above and beyond for us and completed the project in a timely manner! I would definitely utilize them again for all my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!!

I texted Don with Cooling with Connellys and they came out the next day at the time we agreed on. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. He did not try and upsell us in any way. We will use them for all things HVAC going forward. Really appreciate the great price and excellent service. Thanks Don!!

“Deceptive “ Owner came out to do a Diagnostic visit to settle what 2 other companies claimed was wrong. The diagnostic was $125. Then after I told him that my refrigerant did not need replenishment as both prior companies had just showed me the readings a few days before “ Connelly’s” came out. Well, he proceeded to add 410 a refrigerant to my 2015 unit ( as the bill stated) (5.0 x 89.00) for $445.00 . My total bill was $570. Why was the refrigerant added as it was not needed? Just to pad the pockets and take advantage of the customer? .

I just gotta say this was an amazing service!. They installed a brand new HVAC 2 ton at one of my condos. They simply work carefully, quietly and the permit was process very fast!. Always on time and great communication! I highly recommend Cooling with Connelly for your HVAC needs! Check my before and after pictures!!
