I had a Water Filtration service completed at my home. Making the appointment was easy. The representative clearly explained what to expect as far as what I needed and price. She made sure to go through all available times to fit my schedule. I was notified when the technician was on his way so I could plan accordingly. The technician explained the process and confirmed the expectations that the representative had shared so there were no surprises. The installation was fast and efficient and the technician explained any follow-up maintenance I would need to perform to ensure top performance of my Water Filtration system. He even checked the water pressure and provided me with the correct psi needed for best performance of my system. Overall this was a great experience. I highly recommend

I did not think that my condo was salvageable. I was about to take a rock bottom offer and run, but Cool Ray came in and completely transformed the attic in a matter of two days. It was so simple and easy. I can't say enough good things about them. Cool Ray was the only company that even mentioned getting a permit . I did not get recommendations from friends. The technician was very polite, clean with his work and informative, but he did not replace my dirty air filter with a correct size clean filter. The correct filter size for my system is 20x20x1. Please make sure technicians have the correct size filters for the customers systems. Now I have to go to Home Depot and purchase the correct size. I hope everything else was done properly. 🤷🏽‍♀️ When paying, I signed up for the maintenance plan. Please make sure techs have correct filter sizes.

Always good, reliable service techs at Cool Ray! I've been with them for 20+ years now, and they are the best. Tony was just doing routine maintenance today, but he pointed out a couple of things that could be probs in the future.
