Needed my faucet repaired. Came in adjusted my water pressure and they charged me $99 for that. Supposed to not have a service fee per the initial call. Guy was nice but didn’t even bother taking faucet apart to figure out what was wrong. Canceled my appointment for Friday for repair on my couch motor. No thanks.

Excellent service. He even gave me tips to maintain my repairs.

Was told he would arrive btween 3 -5, arrived after 7. Made me get my ladder, pliers and screw driver. Was to replace a light fixture with the same model. He broke part of the fixture, damaged our ceiling and could not correctly hang the light and just left it hanging. Took off his mask and had a nasty smokers cough which made me very uncomfortable. Had to keep taking breaks because he was so out of breath(Heavy Smoker). Then want to be paid cash for 1.5 hours when he was there less than 1 and did not finish the job. I told the person I made the appointment with I needed to pay by CC but he wanted cash only. I would not recommend this company. I now need to hire a new company to hang the light correctly and fix the ceiling he damaged. Not Happy At ALL.
