I wish I could give zero stars. Cooper Fence held my deposit for over a month without providing an installation date or any communication. I had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates from Michael. When I finally asked for a refund, Michael told me I had been scheduled but that rain caused a delay—yet I was never informed that I was on the schedule at all. We waited for the next supposed install date, and again, no one showed up. No calls, no messages, no apologies. For two weeks after requesting my refund, I kept hearing “I need to talk to my boss,” with no follow-up. I only received my money back after contacting the office directly, and the manager appeared unaware of the situation, which made me wonder if it had ever been passed along.

We had Cooper Fence installed a privacy fence for us last week. It was professionally done. The crew was very efficient. Our fence turned out perfect.
