Williams All Service

Had them install my tank over a year ago, been trying to call them to get my filter clean. No one will return your call or answer the phone . A very unprofessional company.

I want to give a special thank you to Williams All Service! I reached out to Heather on Friday and followed up on Sunday to confirm the timing. Chris arrived early Monday morning to pump our septic tank and completed the job quickly. As new homeowners, we had several questions about the system, and Chris was incredibly helpful in answering them. Their customer service and response time were outstanding. We called over 30 places in Baldwin/Mobile County, and Williams All Service was one of the few that responded, even at 8 PM on a Friday night. This level of service is truly commendable. Had a backup of our septic tank, making our bathtub and all other appliances that use water unusable until my septic tank was pumped… Called every company in Mobile and Baldwin County I could find, and the only one who could come out next day (for the most affordable price) was Williams All Service. Heather was great to talk with and set things up over the phone and Tim who actually found, dug up and pumped our tank, was extremely friendly and informative with any questions I had. Everything is like new now and it’s all because of their exceptional service!

They were fast and extremely nice, told me what was wrong with my well and what I needed to fix it within minutes of arriving!

I had a very bad experience with Williams Septic Service. My septic tank wasn't working and sewage was overflowing into my house. I scheduled a visit to come and assess via Heather at the office. I took off from work for the sceduled day because I literally had a house full of fecal material. When they did not show up on time, I texted with Heather. She initially said they were just delayed but would be coming in the afternoon. From that point on, nobody showed up and Heather or anyone at the front office would respond to me. For context, I get a total of 9 days off a year and I had a house full of poop. A callback seems appropriate. I never heard anything.
