Well, I am at a loss to write enough good things about this company! I left an AC service request on their answering machine on Sunday; Jennifer called me back at 8:15 Monday morning; and my AC was back up & running that same day. Jason, the service tech, was knowledgeable, efficient, & extremely friendly. All in all a great service experience & I will recommend Cooper HVAC to all my friends & family.

Mr. Cooper from Cooper Hvac was awesome! Really, he was recommended to me by a good friend in Freeland, Maryland and he came quickly although he was busy and fit me in his very busy schedule. An easy going, genuine nice guy and he knows his stuff. He even wrote down my info in a journal because he will come back and fix something for the summer without me even have to bother to call. This is a real review, from a homeowner who is thrilled to find someone who does a good job, quick at a fair price.

Cooper HVAC is an excellent company - they execute on-time and on-budget, and I was extremely happy with their installation of my new Bosch IDS 2.0 AC and Furnace. The technology and engineering of this new equipment far surpasses what manufacturers were turning out even 5 years ago, and the energy efficiency at SEER 20 has lowered my summer electric bills substantially. I recommend Cooper and Bosch very highly.

The technician, Jason, was very knowledgable and polite. He took the time to explain each step and the reasons he was taking each step in the diognosis and repair of our system. I will absolutely use Cooper again in the future for all my HVAC needs.

I’ve only used George Cooper and his company for over a decade and wouldn’t use anyone else. He operates with integrity and has never disappointed. If you have the opportunity to work with this company, you won’t use anyone else either.
