Legacy Septic & Excavation

I was living a nightmare. Yelling at my kids not to flush because if they did, the sewage wouldn't make it further than our basement. The stress, the anxiety... the smell! I was desperate and did what any responsible adult would. I googled septic companies. If that frantic search had been a gameshow, I assure you, I would've won! I called Legacy Septic and spoke to Jenny, who immediately made me feel validated and understood. She explained every step of the process and was honest and knowledgeable. All of my contact with this company was pleasant. Phone or email (looking at you, Rachel), I was treated like a friend! When it came time to fix the issue, the crew was OUTSTANDING! George is the real deal. He knows his stuff! The two other gentleman, Matt and Robby, were fantastic.

We originally called Legacy for an emergency septic pump, they were attentive, caring, thorough, and highly responsive for it being a weekend. Unfortunately, it was determined that we had issues beyond the full tank. Before the pumping team had even left, they had another team member (Rob) on the phone ready to come in and take care of the job. Genuinely, bless Rob - he spent tireless HOURS trying to break through this demon-clog, in a tight bathroom. He did his best to think everything through, trying to make as little mess as possible, and made sure we were updated throughout the service. He came to the conclusion that our issue was going to be something that needed a more in depth fix. We had an excellent experience thanks to Rachel and Brendan! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help us. Jenny is AMAZING!!!!!!!!🤩 We were in need of an invoice from work done over 4 years ago for a real estate transaction and didn't have much hope that it would be available. Jenny explained that there had been software upgrades since that time but she would do her best to figure it out and get us what we needed - and she sure did!!! In less than 24 hours the paperwork was in my Inbox. Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to come by, but not with Legacy Septic. Thank you, Jenny, for saving the day.
