Wish i could give 6 stars. I am a director of an upscale senior living community and the Cooper Oats team is amazing. They truly go the extra mile for you. They have taking care of so much for me I don't even know where to start. I have over 160 roof top units and they always deliver the best service. Rain or shine they are here when you need them and show up on time.. They make my job less stressful so I am able to focus on other things. I could never say enough about the COAC crew and you wont be disappointed if you use them. Their service is top notch. I have had nothing other than exceptional success and joy working with Cooper Oates company. First off, they take photos of whatever they are communicating to be a problem. I'm not up on the roof with them, so rather than having to rely on their word alone, they are building my trust and confidence by taking images of any existing problem AND images after their repairs. This is exceptional. They are fast, efficient, courteous, pleasant and considerate. Personal connection and relationship-based business is becoming more and more rare. It is such a relief to find caring human beings who pick up the phone and don't route you through endless wasteful phone trees when you call them.
