Cooper did an outstanding job powerwashing and soft washing the entire exterior of our house, driveway, walkways and fence. He made the fence look like new! He is very knowledgable on what to Softwash vs powerwash. He was on time and his communication was excellent. Mr. Cooper is very knowledgeable (he knows about how to combat algae, how to remove rust, how not to damage the siding, and more) as well as lightning fast (he came and did the estimate & cleaning all in the same day. Vyncent did a wonderful job pressure washing our concrete, exterior siding, stucco and window cleaning. He was responsive, professional and did a very good job. I decided to give Cooper’s a try after searching for a family owned pressure washing company and reading the excellent reviews. I called the number on the website expecting to get a voicemail at best. Not only did Mr.Cooper answer he was obviously on a job and still took the time to be super friendly,professional and helpful. He offered to do the work within two days of the call and stayed in touch regarding all of the details. He finished the job this morning (Sunday!) And the driveway looks fantastic!!
