Over fifteen years, I have purchased several mattresses, a mattress platform, and had carpet, hardwood, sheet vinyl and luxury plank vinyl installed in my home by KT's. First, I love the personalized service! Second, Rick (and Jarred) are great guides on their products, although I wish Rick had been a little more forceful when I was purchasing my wood floors; he told me a few years after my install, when I mentioned the floors were creaking, that he would have recommended engineered wood, only he treads lightly when a customer comes in asking for hard wood, as they are usually attached to the idea that it is superior. It has been a few years, and our carpet is still in great condition! Last September, the day before our wedding, rain did a number on the grass surrounding our reception area. That day we called Cooperstown Flooring and Bedding and within an hour, we picked up carpet and was able to put it over plywood to create a walkway for our guests to safely walk on into our reception. We are forever grateful that we could call on Rick and his team members and be met with help and solutions efficiently!

This is a fantastic business. Every floor space in my house ( carpet and various wood ) came from Krazy Tom’s. But what sets it apart from other businesses is the staff. Rick is so knowledgeable friendly and available to give advice and support. They have even loaned me the equipment for me to do some of installation myself. We are so fortunate to have a local business of this high caliber. (Also my mattresses also came from them)
