Ingalls Plumbing Heating-Drain

Promised to do work for a set price of $2000, was paid $2000 did half the work left equipment and wouldn’t finish the work without more money. Left equipment and tore up yard for 13 days so far, have in writing the agreement and no mention of more money. Refuses to show receipts, didn’t have a permit, not even sure he’s insured. Won’t use again, won’t recommend again. Will not discuss business in writing (sketchy!) will most likely end up in court.

Ingalls put in clothes washer plumbing. Didn't put in part of plumbing pipes that keep methane gas from coming back up into house.pipes were left dangling. Electricians fixed issue putting them secure with wire fitting. Methane gas could have become a hazardous problem. Not professional. I am writing a few months after they did job as I did not find issue but another pro did because of smell that occurred by washing machine if washer rinsed. Always have several giving bids but these guys were on a supposed reputation safe site...not the case.

Got off to a delayed start but that's not unusual. Once here complete job was done fast and efficiently. 5 stars for work done minus 1 for delay. Now he's waiting for me to give go ahead for last job, not taking money till done. Recap... thumbing pipes had to be secured by another company as they were not done by ingalls. Last I heard from them they got adamant I should put in geothermal when my current is new.they flaked on last job, not bothering to call. I'm not certain they're licensed. This is not a company I would seek out.

Sent deposit and never showed up
