We experienced multiple major leaks from the plumbing Chris had done at our property. We gave him a chance to fix it at first (for which he charged extra). Then, a second major leak flooded our property and delayed our Christmas with family. Chris lied to us at first and said he didn't touch the fitting where the leak was, but the before and after photos show he changed everything: the pipes, the fittings, etc. After that, we were done. Chris initially agreed to refund, then returned to the house without our permission in our absence to "do the right thing." While tresspassing (and destroying the evidence of his botched work), he unplugged the heat tape that we use to keep the pipes from freezing.
