Copley Place Central Garage

My son and I had the most horrific experience at this parking garage. We wanted to park here to go to the Prudential center and found a maze of a parking situation. There were tight corners and confusing directions. Once we finally found the level the parking lot attendant told us to park we took a picture to make sure we knew exactly where we parked - 2B. On the large cinder blocks they had a sign pointing where the elevators were in light blue towards a bright blue door. As we entered we realized it was only a stairway but the door shut. THERE WAS NO DOOR HANDLE ON THE INSIDE. Guys - WE WERE LOCKED IN THE STAIRWELL. It smelled like weed and HUMAN secretions. Even the emergency exit looked like an escape room. Clean, safe, ample but super expensive… $44 for an 8h conference… Tried to find a vendor that supposedly on the website states spend $25 and your parking is only $15 but could not find one to honor that request

Easy to get in. Heated. Cost was $12 for about 30 min. Down side is the spaces are a bit tight.

Currently stuck at the garage with an unworking ticket and the garage has no one on duty to deal with it. So I guess I'm gonna stay here until someone comes and helps me because I'm certainly not paying 40$ twice lol

Total nightmare. Impossible to navigate. There are no signs explaining how to get in or out on foot, and the signs for cars are sparse. The red and blue garage situation was very confusing. Took us a while to find our way to the blue garage, so then we had to pay an extra $12 “late” fee because it had been 24 minutes since we paid (limit is 20), all because it’s so poorly labeled. Regular pricing is exorbitant too. Avoid this garage.
