Copley Square Hotel Valet

The WORST valet service I have experienced in my life !!! We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The hotel was amazing, the valet service was complete opposite. First thing is this valet service is works independent from the hotel and is a 3rd party service being used by the hotel. There are several guys working different shifts so I want to first start off my saying the young kid working with them was great and needs to find a job elsewhere where he is not associated with this group. The rest of the guys speak broken English or just don’t speak to you. This makes it really awkward in communicating with you. They come across rude and uninterested in helping you. When you are there to pick up they are rarely there at the desk to assist and you have to wait 10-15 min for them to randomly show u
