Very good job, David kept me informed on his schedule , So l know when to be home, actually David was there earlier than expected. He made sure that l was pleased, or did he need to correct anything, making sure l was satisfied. He did me very good on price, best money l have spent. Contacting David and scheduling the cleaning was very straight forward. They showed up on time and did a very nice job of cleaning my house, carport and front patio. The guys were very polite and took the time to explain about some of the mold that was on my house. Now my house looks great and I am a happy customer!! I would highly recommend Cordell Power Washing.
