Enrique checked out my entire HVAC system, and we discussed my options. Since my current unit is almost 30 years old, I am opting for a new one. Enrique is very knowlegable about all HVAC systems and explains things very well. Thank you, Enrique and Evans HVAC for being a company that I can count on and trust! God bless you all. Update: Evans crew installed new HVAC unit, new duct work where needed and wrapped all pipes. They also installed a new infrared heater as backup, in case of power outage. I feel confident in each crew member that worked at my home and am looking forward to many years with new system. I will always call Evans HVAC for any assistance and will encourage anyone looking for honest, dependable and affordable service, to contact them also.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with EVANS Heating & Air regarding my walk-in cooler. On January 20, 2026, after discovering my cooler's temperature had risen to 54°F, I contacted EVANS. A technician arrived at 1:15 PM but struggled to diagnose the issue, eventually adding excessive Freon without resolving the problem. He left to get more Freon, then returned. Despite the cooler's supposed 25-pound capacity (though the technician mentioned it should only hold 16 pounds, and my research indicated around 20 pounds for safety), the temperature remained unchanged even after adding more Freon to what was already in there. After hours of work and continuous phone consultations by the technician, he added 25 pounds of Freon. When I inquired about the cost, he quoted $75 per
Evans HVAC is very responsive. We called because our heat went out. They were able to squeeze us in same day. Diagnosed within 20 minutes. The part had to be ordered and was installed within a week. Staff is friendly and are very knowledgeable! I highly recommend!
