Absolutely the best! I have been using this company for several of my appliances, and they never disappoint. Today (2/21/26), my heater suddenly stopped working. Even though he had a family church event to attend, Mr. Cordoba still came out to help. He was able to repair the heater quickly and professionally. I’m truly grateful for his dedication and kindness, and I hope he made it on time to be part of his family church service. Once again, I’m so thankful to have such an amazing company on my side! Appliance Repair Review I had a great experience with this repair technician. He answered my call right away and offered several options for appointment times. He arrived promptly and got straight to work. At first, I was a little concerned because he diagnosed the issue quickly and explained that the part needed—a motherboard for my GE front loader—was expensive. But he was upfront about the cost and the reason behind it. I decided to move forward with the repair, and he guaranteed his work. After the initial fix, my first load didn’t run properly, so I called him back. He came out the very next day, identified what was wrong, and corrected the issue. Texted him at noon and he scheduled to arrive at 5p the same day. I already had parts (it was a washer transmission). He changed the transmission out (a big job) staying until 7:30p. He was thorough, professional, and did quality work. I would definitely recommend him.
