Cornerstone Inspection

Cary was recommended by numerous people, realtor, friends, best practise recommendations. I was purchasing a condo and new to the area. Working with Cary and his staff, was a pleasure. Cary was very thorough, answered all my questions and provided relevant suggestions. He was prompt and courteous. His service was excellent. I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise and would recommend his company to anyone needing concise trustworthy home inspections.

Cary was very thorough and caught some major issues for us that would have cost us dearly. We were able to make resolutions with the sellers and move on with the buy! We are thankful to Cary for his knowledge and ability to catch very important issues. 3 years later when I needed a proper 4 point inspection, after a failure due to an inspector with a lack of knowledge, Cary did a very thorough 4 point, and verified that my 4 year old roof really isn't at the end of its life (of course). Lesson being, use an experienced inspector like Cornerstone.

Cary was able to fit us right into his schedule the same day we called, this was awesome because we were scheduled to drive home and it was really nice to be present for the inspection . He addressed concerns we had prior to the inspection and put us at ease that previous work had been done properly. He explained everything he found and what he considered the must address issues which we are seeking remedy from the property seller. The report he issued was professional and in depth, easy to read and understand. It even provided quality images of the defects and areas of concern. I called on Cary to inspect my newly built townhouse. My house experienced water damage from Hurricane Irma. Cary was very understanding and provided so much thorough detail. He gave me realistic expectations of being a new home owner and really helped me understand what I should be focusing on in my house. He relieved a lot of concern and stress I had. The worst advice I ever took was not getting my newly built home inspected, but the best decision I made was calling Cary after!
