Had repairs done to my boiler after issues were caught during my annual service. Jeremy was prompt, polite, and thoroughly communicated the repairs that were made. When calling for questions or appointments, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I called Correct Temp for a no heat situation in my home responded very quickly and service technician Jeremy went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get my boiler back up and running very quickly. Thank you for the great customer service especially on a very busy day.

We had our annual heating check up today. Jeremy actually came a little early so I didn’t have to wait a long time. Listened to my concerns. Addressed them. Carefully explained what he had done and what we should look for in next year’s service. The installation and service techs have always been top notch from Correct Temp. Today was no exception.

We have had Correct Temp as out go-to HVAC company since purchasing our home(2019). Today we were sent a technician by the name Jeremy. This young man was meticulously and proficient. He treated the job as if he was working on his own home. The equipment he serviced was our very fragile Rinnai Tankless water heater.

Literally just got off the phone with Correct Temp, didn’t catch her name but the lady who picks up the phone couldn’t help me because she didn’t understand a simple question. (Do you service Manchester nh) she seemed confused so I gave her the address and you can just tell she was annoyed speaking with me judging by her tone. Proceeded to tell me no we don’t or haven’t????? From what I can tell she was talking about the address maybe but she wasn’t entirely clear. Im the property manager of this location and needed work done on a property we own. By the end of it with all the confusion I said that I can call somebody else(me thinking they don’t service my area) and she ended up so fast that I couldn’t even finish telling her that 🤣🤣 so not professional at all.
