Bob was fantastic! Not only did he conduct an incredibly thorough inspection, but he’s also just a genuinely great person—easy to talk to, patient, and clearly confident in his craft. Our realtor recommended Bob for a home inspection when we were buying our first home. As new homeowners, we appreciated Bob’s thoroughness in his inspection and report, which included using infrared imaging to look for leaks and employing a drone to inspect the roof for damage.
