EcoAir Heating & Cooling

First interaction with this company who installed our new construction furnace and AC. Their promptness to get out to my house when we were out of town was unbelievable. Ended up being because I didn't change my dirty filter and a sensor was protecting the furnace from overheating in the extreme cold. I would highly recommend this company. They are on top of their game.

Brock arrived 30 minutes late. I had an appointment that I had to leave for. Brittany was aware of this when we scheduled the appointment. She told me the appointment would take only 40 minutes. Brock was only there 10 minutes, charged the same amount. Scott has been at my house the last few years and has spent at least 45 minutes going through the furnace and making sure it was safe to operate this season. I am pleased that he was respectful of my time, but question the quality of inspection I received and paid for today. He said he was going to send Mary report of the gas pressures, but I’m sure that’s about all he had time to do. I wish I would’ve rescheduled when he arrived so late. From start to finish they were genuinely so great to work with. Called me right away after my heat stopped working on a Sunday to follow through with sending a tech out first thing for assessment and getting a whole new furnace and ac unit installed. Very reasonable and upfront about all cost before any work is done. Answered any and all questions. Techs did a great job with install and clean up. Thank you guys so much for everything.

EcoAir installed a whole house humidifier for us. They provided a quick estimate and follow up was excellent. The Installers were on time, professional and did a superb job. I highly recommend EcoAir for your heating and air conditioning needs.
