G&G Roofing is a true life saver! A cracked roof tile was discovered during the sale of my home. I was on a tight timeline to get repairs done. G&G sent over Justin (one of their best technicians) to work the problem. He rearranged his schedule to make time for me. He fixed my roof quickly and professionally. We had the best experience and are very happy with our metal roof installed by G&G Roofing. They had multiple color options in the most durable, long-lasting PVDF coating which allowed us to best match our home. Lane was the sales manager we worked with and he was extremely helpful, immediately answering all our multiple questions (even on the evenings & weekends) and came by several times with samples. It took about 1 1/2 weeks from start to finish and they were very meticulous and attentive to details. G&G had 4 different crews, all specialized in what they did: tear off, installing trim & drain pans, measuring & cutting the panels off the coil, and installing panels. Best customer service I've received so far in Brevard!! I unfortunately got an email from my new home owners insurance at the beginning of December, stating my roof needed repair within 30 days or they were going to terminate my coverage. I thought great they're no way in going to even get someone to come look at my roof before the holidays. So I started the dreaded task of calling around. After a couple of we can get out there in Januarys and a couple no returned calls, I called G & G roofing. First thoughts: an actual human answered, very polite and was able to get someone out there on Monday morning. Amazing!!! TY was very instrumental in the entire roofing process. His people relationship skills were excellent in addition to his knowledge and experience of the products. TY managed to have the patience to guide me and my brother to help us make key decisions with clarity and confidence. We had a sudden leak and G&G scheduled us for the next day. He advised of a short time delay, and when Justin introduced himself, he went straight to the problem area. The roof needs to be replaced, but Justin glued the pieces back together and advised us on how to get a couple more years out of the roof with a DIY method. He also did not charge me for that service. Justin is knowledgeable and professional. I will call them for my next roof.
