I once lived in Winchester, Virginia, buying a house in Defuniak Springs Florida. Bought myself a real nice house with an old AC system in it. Haven’t even moved in the house yet, didn’t know how old the system was, what brand it was, nothing. When I got here, I realized how old the AC system was, which was no big deal. Matt was called to our home through the home warranty company. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. After we fix the issue/everything seemed to be working fine/some other stuff appeared needed attention. He was already 30 miles away and wasn't sure how HWC will handle this. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes. The other company was here for about two hours and misdiagnosed it. To top it off, he did not even charge me for the repair which took about two minutes. He saved me $1800.00 and additional calls since it was misdiagnosed.
