on 9/25/2025 i was driving near kew gardens when this driver sped and almost hit. he then got upset that i called him out to just drive away and threw his coffee me. but it hit his window and spilled inside the company car. then he began to curse me out. if this are the type of peo[ple that work for this company i can only imagine the service they provide. EDITED- in response to your dashcam i never ran the stop sign i was ahead of the line yes to make sure i can proceed, but i waived your employee to proceed and there was no need to him to curse at me and throw liquids at me. but if you condone this behavior no wonder why you have bad reviews

Truly disappointed in Cosmic Fisher Locks as a local business I want to see them and many others be successful. I received a quote and approved scope on October 18th for a project with a 50% deposit paid same day. 22 days later (today) they refused to carry out the work, told me they did not wish to do business with me, and said some unpleasant words in the process. They had to measure twice, never completed the project and left a bad taste in my mouth. They did return the deposit but I do not trust their word now or their quotes. A quote and contract is useless if not honored. Unprofessional, what a shame.

have never gone into a business before and been treated with actual hostility like i was recently. rude customer service is putting it mildly, you'd think the guy i spoke to was itching for a fight or something, you would think i insulted his wife. would never do business with this place. no stars were it possible.

I went here to get a brass key duplicated. The key cutter was not super friendly and sounded very condescending but did the job quickly and well. I asked him why the key cost $7—he smirked and said he matched the original brass “real” key blank to make sure it works correctly. He wouldn’t bother fixing my Home Depot keys that didn’t fit correctly. I didn’t feel great when leaving the store because I thought I was overcharged and didn’t like the “old school” condescending tone—but went to another key duplication place and realized Cosmic Fischer was legit and price was right for midtown Manhattan. I would recommend this store for the locksmithing and key duplication. Don’t go expecting a friendly chat. I think the staff/owner could use some training on customer service and friendly com

Save yourself some time and do NOT go there!!! If I could give a 0 start, I would definitely do. The rudest customer service. Can’t believe shops like this can still in business.
