Cost Cutters Fencing & Construction

I've waited a while to write this review but I felt it was important to share my experience. Ashley was wonderful to work with she had me sold on hiring Cost Cutters to build out the front gate to my property. However, after the work for my gate was complete, I felt taken advantage due to the poor integrity of the work done. I do not know where the money I paid went... as the entire gate project was poorly and cheaply made. My biggest complaint is in the welding. They also broke the contract we signed-- taking three months to complete a simple two pillar steel front gate. - The footers for the stone pillars were done on the surface of the ground... they made a wood frame and poured concrete. Had they left it like this the pillar would have no stability and could be pushed over. They had n

I called several fence companies for estimates, Cost Cutters was the first company to call me back. After I got the estimate, I compared that to the others I got and cost wise, they were about the same as the others. We decided to go with them and we could not be more pleased. I was put on their schedule and the job was completed in a timely manner. After the install, Kem contacted me to make sure we were happy with the end result. We love our new fence!! I will recommend them to anyone asking for fencing.

Good quality for very fair price. Kenneth always picked up the phone when I called, always had a professional, friendly response. They worked with us on price, additions, and finish and delivered a beautiful project when they said they would. They even had to trim back a bunch of cedar to put our fence in along the property line and did so without extra charge. Saved a bunch right there. Crew was friendly and youngest was particularly kind to our dog. Good sign. We recommend them highly.

I've used Kenny at Cost Cutters Fencing for about 2 years now. He has completed both small and large property projects. I found his pricing to be fair and he has always completed the work in the expected time frame. All fencing and entrance gates he has installed for me have always been in working order. My experience has not been the same as the other experience, listed here.

My neighbor and I contracted with CCFC to replace half of our fence. The fence itself was of good quality. However, when we had some concerns about the fence, the company was less than cooperative. One concern was that a section of the fence is 6.5 pickets shorter than the rest of the sections and was placed in the middle of the fence line rather than the corner. The company was unwilling to discuss changes or corrections to the issue. Cigarette butts and trash were left behind and the dirt was not levelled along the fence line.
