David was very helpful in letting us know options and also willing to check with those more knowledgeable to double check his diagnosis! He brought James on second visit and they fixed it. I highly recommend David and James! I will add that we didn’t like the non human part of their team …Samantha the virtual AI person!!!!

The scheduling bot could use an upgrade, but Nickolas made up for it with his expertise and professionalism. +5 Star Service from the human!
