⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience at this Costco location. I previously returned items here without any issues. There was no problem at all. However, today they suddenly created difficulties for the same type of return. The employee asked for my ID in a very rude and disrespectful way — not politely, just abruptly saying “Where is your ID?” There was no courtesy or professional tone. When I brought this issue to the manager, he refused to take responsibility. He said he “was not there” and therefore would not do anything about it. As a manager, your job is to listen to customer complaints and address them — not ignore them. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. This is not the level of service I expect from Costco. Very disappointed.

Food court system MUST improve. I waited 20 minutes in line to get my food. Store is always organized. I see a lot of new employees, hope they are as kind as the ones that have been there for years. Bakery department is the best!

I went to the Costco on East H Street in Chula Vista on a Saturday and it was very crowded. Parking was difficult and the layout of the spaces felt tight and a little awkward. The store itself had everything you would expect from a typical Costco. I also stopped for gas and was happy to find there was no line, which made it quick and easy since the gas station is right by the entrance. Overall, the experience was fine but very busy.

Ordered 2 full pizzas and other items. Stood in line for full pizza pickup for 45 minutes. Gabriel who was directing which line people should stand in kept that well done but the actual kitchen kept taking people from the other lines and giving them full pizzas if they purchased. Kitchen needs to be better organized and communicate with line employee. Gabriel took a lot of heat from upset customers but he handled every situation professionally. Would come back but hopefully they will have it better organized.

Costco Wholesale is hard to beat when it comes to quality and value. The products are consistently high quality, whether it’s groceries, electronics, or household items, and buying in bulk really saves money. The store is clean and well organized, the staff is friendly, and checkout is efficient even when it’s busy. The food court is a nice bonus too. Overall, Costco makes shopping easy, reliable, and worth the membership.
