place was very organized and staff was nice but the membership desk was trying to lie to its incoming customers. i came to sign up and they were telling me there was a deal today if i signed up i could get the membership for $35 when i heard this i was pleasantly surprised as the memberships were usually $65 but this employee told me it was $35. i proceeded to sign up and they asked me if i knew anyone who had a costco membership and if i did i should call them so they can give me a refer a friend deal and so i called my mother in law and i got her membership number and they told me they could only do one after they told me to get both. regardless i went through with the membership and i saw it said $65 and i asked why they said it was gonna be $35 and they told me AFTER i paid that a $30

Costco's always the same, always good… This one has a gas station that's easy to get in and out of, nice employees, and a great layout.

Besides the stereotypical bright lights, Costco is honestly great. I love the samples and the fast service that one receives when checking out. I absolutely enjoyed being able to find everything I needed. Although it was quite crowded so maybe don't go on a Saturday and if you do go maybe try and go before the early morning rush as I will say I had a hard time navigating my cart around the store with how many other people were pushing their carts around. It was nice but also if you overheat easily maybe take your jacket off when walking around the store as it is quite warm in the building. And put it back on for the cold produce and dairy areas. Lol. I also didn't see any of the Pokemon cards I have been seeing advertised to be at Costco online but oh well what can one do. A very enjoy

Disappointed with the customer service in the jewelry watch section. Was there on Saturday the 14th and asked for assistance. I am in the market for a nice watch. The gentleman that came over to me said I have a meeting but I can help you real quick. I tried on a watch was not allowed time to really consider it or others and did not purchase. Fast forward to Sunday the 15th and go to the Michigan Road location to see if they have different inventory. Literally could not get anyone to help me instead. The individual working in the area at that location was visiting with a customer about everything from gardening to food. Once again, didn’t buy a watch. Guess I will be buying the watch elsewhere.
